Purpose

These terms govern the use of mirageloft.com and participation in events organized by Mirage Loft in Montreal.

Tickets and registrations

Ticketing for our events is handled by the Dandelion platform. Purchasing a ticket is subject to that platform's terms in addition to these. Event-specific details (schedule, cancellation policy) are stated on each event page.

Conduct and respect

Our events are built on mutual respect and consent. We reserve the right to refuse entry or to remove from an event any person whose behaviour breaks that frame, without refund.

Liability

Mirage Loft cannot be held liable for indirect damages related to the use of this site. The site is provided "as is", with no guarantee of continuous availability.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable in Quebec. Any dispute falls under the courts of the judicial district of Montreal.
